When I'm consulting for a Brand, one of the first questions I ask is "who is on your team"?
The answers are all over the place, most people are missing the basics, lawyer, CPS, manager, dietician, mission statement and of course a Brand Manager (insert Big Tex here).
For the BRANDS with a team in place, when I ask about project deadlines, 90 day evaluations, weekly check-ins they have no answer.
It's your BRAND, keep an eye on your team even if they are working for free or barter. Do not allow them to loose focus of the end goal. If they have lost interest, it maybe time to move on.
