As the new year rolls in, everyone is making new plans. Talking the same language they did Janurary 1 2009, "I'm going to do this, or that", "change this or that"  and of course "I'm going to...."

Look in the mirror while brushing your teeth and say "I AM a Vice President today"

Walk with a stride and smile.

Tighten up your handshake, look them in the eyes
